Official Logitech manufacturer warranty, processed locally in Pakistan.

What’s covered

Every Logitech product sold directly by logitechofficial.pk is covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer defects that arise under normal use.

This is the official Logitech manufacturer warranty, honoured locally — you do not need to ship the product internationally or contact Logitech’s global office for a claim. We handle everything in Pakistan.

What’s not covered

  • Physical damage caused after delivery — drops, impacts, liquid spills, exposure to extreme temperatures.
  • Damage from unauthorised modifications or repairs.
  • Cosmetic wear and tear from normal use (e.g. surface scuffs, label fading).
  • Consumable items where applicable (e.g. battery degradation beyond normal usage curves).
  • Products purchased from sources other than us or an Authorized Dealer, including grey-market imports and counterfeits — see our Genuine Products page.

How to claim

  1. Confirm the product is faulty. If the issue might be a driver, software, or pairing problem, please first check Logitech’s official support resources or contact us — many issues are resolved without a hardware claim.
  2. Contact our support team. Email [email protected], WhatsApp here, or call +92 310 068 2256. Include:
    • Your order number (or the product serial number if you no longer have the order details).
    • A short description of the defect.
    • Photos or a brief video showing the issue (helpful for faster resolution).
  3. Receive a claim reference. Our team will respond within one business day with a claim reference and next steps.
  4. Send the product to us. For approved claims, we arrange courier collection from your address at no cost to you.
  5. Inspection and resolution. We inspect the product, confirm the defect, and apply one of the following resolutions: repair, replacement with the same model, or replacement with the closest equivalent if the model is no longer available.

Typical resolution time

Most warranty claims are resolved within 7–10 business days from when we receive the product. Complex cases requiring escalation to Logitech may take longer; we keep you updated throughout.

What you need to keep

Your order number is enough — we look up purchase details and warranty eligibility in our system. You do not need to keep a paper receipt, and we do not require a warranty card.

For products that have been transferred to a different owner (e.g. as a gift), warranty coverage transfers with the product as long as it was originally purchased from us and is still within the warranty period.

Out-of-warranty repairs

If your product is past the warranty period or has damage not covered by warranty, we can sometimes still help. Contact us with details — depending on the issue and the part availability, we may be able to arrange a paid repair or a discount on a replacement.
