How Cash on Delivery works
Pay in cash when the courier delivers your order. Available on every product nationwide.
The COD process at a glance
- Place your order. Select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout. No advance payment required for standard COD orders.
- Order confirmation. We confirm your order by email and, for first-time COD customers, sometimes a quick verification call.
- Dispatch. Order is dispatched within the same or next business day via TCS Express, M&P Express.
- Delivery. The courier calls before delivery. Have the exact COD amount ready in cash.
- Pay and receive. Pay the courier; they hand over the package. That’s it.
COD fee
A 4.5% COD service fee is added to the order net amount at checkout. This fee covers cash-handling costs charged to us by the courier. The fee is displayed transparently at checkout, before you confirm — you never see surprise charges at delivery.
For example, on an order with Rs. 10,000 net cart total, the COD fee adds Rs. 450, making the total payable on delivery Rs. 10,450.
Want to skip the COD fee?
Pay by bank transfer to one of our verified accounts instead. Once your transfer is confirmed (usually within 1–4 business hours), your order is dispatched. No COD fee applies.
After paying, share the transaction screenshot via WhatsApp or email with your order number so we can match the payment to your order.
Advance payment for high-value orders
For orders above a high-value threshold, or for repeat-cancellation customers, we may request a small partial advance before dispatch as a verification step. This protects us against COD fraud and reduces our cancellation rate, which keeps prices low for everyone. The advance amount is always disclosed before you place the order.
What to do at delivery
- Have the exact amount ready in cash. Couriers may not always have change.
- Inspect the box exterior for damage before signing. If the box looks tampered or crushed, refuse delivery and call us immediately.
- Open within 24 hours and test the product. If anything is wrong (wrong item, defective, missing accessories), contact us within 48 hours — we will arrange a return.
If you can’t be at home
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If you know you won’t be available, please arrange for a family member to receive the order on your behalf, or reschedule by calling the courier directly using the tracking SMS they send.
COD cancellations
If you refuse delivery without prior arrangement, the order is treated as a cancellation and we are charged a return-to-origin (RTO) fee by the courier. Repeated cancellations may result in your future orders requiring advance payment as a verification step.
What’s not eligible for COD
COD is available on every product on logitechofficial.pk with no minimum or maximum order value at standard checkout. Some special-order or B2B-tender items may be quoted separately on bank-transfer terms only — these are clearly indicated.
