Returns Policy
7-day return window for wrong-product or defective cases. Straightforward refunds.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided one of the following applies:
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong variant, colour, or item).
- The product is defective on arrival — i.e. not functioning as advertised by Logitech out of the box.
- The shipment was damaged in transit.
We do not accept buyer’s-remorse returns on opened products. If you change your mind about a sealed, unopened item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will consider it case-by-case.
What’s eligible
To be eligible, the returned product must:
- Be returned within the 7-day window.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, cables, documentation, and the product itself in its original condition.
- Not show signs of physical damage caused after delivery (drops, liquid damage, etc.).
How to initiate a return
- Contact us — email [email protected], WhatsApp, or call +92 310 068 2256 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief explanation. For defective items, please attach a short video or photos demonstrating the issue.
- Approval — our team will respond within one business day with a Return Authorisation. Please do not ship the product back without this; unauthorised returns may be refused.
- Courier collection — for approved returns, we arrange courier collection from your address at no cost to you.
- Inspection — once received, we inspect the product within 2 business days to confirm the issue.
- Resolution — depending on the case: replacement, repair under warranty, or refund.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of inspection completion.
- Bank transfer orders — refunded to the originating bank account.
- Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer to an account in the order recipient’s name. We do not refund in cash.
Bank settlement typically takes 1–3 additional business days depending on your bank.
Manufacturer warranty (separate from returns)
If a product develops a manufacturer defect after the 7-day return window has passed, it is covered by the Logitech manufacturer warranty (1 year manufacturer warranty). See our Warranty page for the claim process. Warranty claims are separate from returns and have their own resolution path.
Items not eligible for return
- Products outside the 7-day window with no manufacturer defect.
- Items with physical damage caused after delivery.
- Items returned without the original packaging or with missing accessories.
- Software, downloadable content, or activated digital licences.
Refused at delivery
If you refuse to accept a shipment without prior arrangement, the order is treated as a buyer-initiated cancellation. The courier collection fee is deducted from any refund. For COD refusals, future orders may require advance payment as a verification step.
