Shipping Policy

Free nationwide shipping

Every order on logitechofficial.pk ships free across Pakistan. There is no minimum cart value, no fine print, and no separate handling charge. Shipping is included in the price you see at checkout.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days from order confirmation to your doorstep. Business days are Monday through Saturday excluding national holidays.

• Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi — typically 2 business days.
• Other major cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.) — typically 3 business days.
• Smaller cities and rural areas — typically 4 business days, occasionally 5.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on national holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also track the order from your account orders page.

Delivery attempts

Couriers will typically attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure the phone number on your order is reachable; couriers call before delivery. If all attempts fail, the shipment is returned to us and you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery or a refund.

Cash on Delivery

For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready in cash when the courier arrives. A small COD service fee applies on the order net amount.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or actual receipt. We will work with the courier to investigate and either resend the product or refund you in full.

International shipping

We currently ship only within Pakistan. International customers wishing to source Logitech products should contact Logitech directly through their global website.

Operating hours

Our dispatch team operates: Mon–Sat 10:00 am – 7:00 pm · Sun closed. Orders placed outside these hours are queued and processed on the next business day.
