Terms of Service

By accessing or using logitechofficial.pk (the “Site”) and placing an order with logitechofficial.pk (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. About us

logitechofficial.pk is the authorized Distributor of Logitech in Pakistan and the officially authorized online partner to sell Logitech products in Pakistan. All products listed for sale on this Site that are sold directly by us are genuine Logitech products sourced through the official Logitech distribution channel.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally entitled to use the payment method submitted.

3. Pricing and product information

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product details, pricing, and availability accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover a material error in the price or description of an item after you have placed an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation by email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion before dispatch, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, payment dispute, stock unavailability, pricing error, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund any amount paid in full.

5. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the courier in cash at delivery. A 4.5% COD service fee applies on the order net amount. For details, see our How COD works page.
• Bank transfer — pay via online banking to one of our verified accounts. Order is processed after payment confirmation.

We do not currently accept credit/debit cards online. Card payments are accepted in-person upon special arrangement for B2B orders only.

6. Shipping and delivery

We offer free nationwide shipping on every order. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days via TCS or M&P. Detailed shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for wrong-product or defective cases only. We do not accept buyer’s-remorse returns on opened items. Full return terms are in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Warranty

All Logitech products sold directly by us are backed by the official Logitech manufacturer warranty in Pakistan: 1 year manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must be initiated via our support team. See our Warranty page for the claim process.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, including all text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of logitechofficial.pk or used under licence. “Logitech”, “Logitech G”, “MX”, and related product names are trademarks of Logitech International S.A., used here under our authorized-partner agreement. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use the Site’s content commercially without our prior written consent.

10. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed in good faith through direct discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
